I‘m a foodie. I love talking about it, buying it at a farmers market, creating new recipes, sharing meals with friends and family. I love it so much that I actually became a food photographer.   Judgments Were My Self Torture. At the same time, I held judgements and anxieties about food. GLUTEN & SUGAR FREE ALMOND FLOUR MUFFINS Recipe

We love, love muffins! Muffins are our very first choice when it comes to baking something quick, easy & delicious.  This simple gluten & sugar free almond flour recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacktime, you name it! We're talking blueberry, chocolate chips, banana, pumpkin, and so much more. Blueberry Parfait with Paleo Granola
