Initially, the paleo diet was right away dismissed as another fad diet. However, years later, it proved to be more than just that. The paleo diet is a lifestyle change that aims to bring you overall wellness. This diet rids your body of processed foods and constitutes fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, seafoods, and nuts—the very foods our hunter-gatherer ancestors ate.
