ICYMI, these celebrities are eating like a caveman!


While here at You Are Loved Foods we are all about being the best version of YOU that you can be, we also couldn’t help but look to other people for tips and inspiration. After all, there’s nothing wrong with following trends that are actually good for you. And so when we experienced for ourselves how amazing the paleo diet works, we couldn’t help but feel even more motivated when we found out that some of our favorite celebrities are actually on this same diet, too!

The paleo diet is more than just a fad diet, and these celebrities are a testament to that.

Matthew MacConaughey. All right, all right, all right. Matthew MacConaughey has adopted the paleo style of eating to help him stay in shape on such a busy schedule. He ditched grains and processed foods for fruits, vegetables, and quality animal protein.

Christina Aguilera. Christina’s great physique is thanks to a diet that aligns closely with the paleo diet. She adopted a low carb, high protein diet with a lot of produce and healthy fats. She also cut down alcohol to avoid liquid calories.

Kobe Bryant. This NBA legend is actually one of the first athletes to embrace the paleo diet. Kobe adopted the diet after injuring his Achilles tendon. He consumed pasture-fed protein, limited his carb intake, and eliminated sugars and processed foods.

Jessica Biel. When asked about the paleo diet, this is what she said: “Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water weight right off your body.”

Anne Hathaway. After filming her movie Interstellar, Anne was so exhausted. To help increase her energy levels, she tried a low-carb diet and supplemented it with animal protein from fish. After she made the change, she hasn’t gone back. Anne said she noticed a change in her energy levels almost overnight after going paleo.

If the paleo diet can work for your favorite celebrities, they surely can work for you, too! All you gotta do is commit to making the necessary changes.
