Blueberry Parfait with Paleo Granola

Here is a delicious recipe with Blueberries for you - enjoy!

Incredients for the Chia Pudding 

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • “WeLuvYa sweetener“ from You Are Loved Foods”
  • 1 tp Organic Vanilla (non-alcoholic) Flavoring

Other incrediants for the parfait:

  • Classic Cinnamon „Paleo Granola“ from „You Are Loved Foods“
  • Coconut yogurt, unsweetened
  • Berries for topping


Place all incredients in blender and blend everything for 1-2 minutes

Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight

Use two glasses for the form. Fill first one third with chia pudding, then coconut-yoghurt, on top of that 2 spoons of „Paleo Granola“, then end with chia pudding.

Put 2 spoons of „Paleo Granola“ and berries on top and you are set for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dessert.
