You love Parfaits for breakfast, lunch or dinner? We too!
Here is a delicious recipe with Blueberries for you - enjoy!
Incredients for the Chia Pudding
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- “WeLuvYa sweetener“ from You Are Loved Foods”
- 1 tp Organic Vanilla (non-alcoholic) Flavoring
Other incrediants for the parfait:
- Classic Cinnamon „Paleo Granola“ from „You Are Loved Foods“
- Coconut yogurt, unsweetened
- Berries for topping
Instructions
Place all incredients in blender and blend everything for 1-2 minutes
Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
Use two glasses for the form. Fill first one third with chia pudding, then coconut-yoghurt, on top of that 2 spoons of „Paleo Granola“, then end with chia pudding.
Put 2 spoons of „Paleo Granola“ and berries on top and you are set for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dessert.
