Cover with aluminum foil.
Pre heat oven to 350F (preferable on convection mode, if available). If oven is cold, put in the oven when cold.
Bake approx. 30 minutes for small and 40 minutes for large (after oven reaches temperature), until berries are bubbling throughout (different ovens are different, so please take a look every starting around 20 minutes for small and 30 minutes for large)
Uncover and bake for another 3 minutes until crust is no longer moist. For crunchier top, put on broil for a 1 minute. Careful not to burn.
